This role is pivotal in developing a “safety culture” within OEG and has organisation responsibility for all proactive and reactive WH & S programs and processes and the management of all injury claims and the compliance associated with this.

Senior Outdoor Educator

Working alongside the Outdoor Education Delivery team, you will provide in-field support and mentorship to journey-based trainees, interns, and peers. You will advocate and role model best practice within the field, alongside Outdoor Educators, emphasising high-quality delivery.

Lead Outdoor Educator
VIC

Working alongside the Outdoor Education Delivery team members, you will provide coaching and mentorship to fellow Outdoor Educators. You will be responsible for developing and guiding Professional Development Plans for all field employees, emphasising high-quality delivery.
