NOTES

  • Bring a morning snack and a packed lunch for the first day
  • Full water bottles
  • No nuts
  • All items in your personal bag – loose items can get misplaced easily
  • Personal medications – pass medication to MCC staff in a Ziplock bag with a signed “Authority to Administer Medication” document
  • Leave your phone at home
  • Parents – please keep your phone nearby and answer calls from No Caller ID during Camp. It may be us trying to contact you.
  • Both OEG and your school will have an Emergency Contact who will be informed if there is an incident on the program. Primary contact with parents/guardians will be made by the MCC Emergency Contact. Where this is not possible, contact will be made by the OEG All Hours Contact or the OEG Program Coordinator. In the event of an emergency at home while your child is at camp, parents/guardians can reach out to the MCC Emergency Contact. We kindly ask that you reserve calls for urgent matters, as many concerns, including difficult news, can be better addressed privately with your child when they return home. Additionally, we encourage you to be mindful of phone usage to ensure it remains available for emergency situations.
