Facilities

Activity Centre.
Dining Hall.
Open Air Spaces.

Wombaroo is bordered by Jellore State Forest and accommodates up to 143 people. With twin-share and ensuite facilities available.

Wombaroo’s the perfect setting for peaceful reflection. As well as challenging courses that inspire introspection. Originally a farming property, this location now provides space for personal development and growth. Unique to this location is the bush chapel that’s perfect for religious programs and spiritual guidance courses. There’s over 100 acres of open, and lightly-wooded land to explore. And a large variety of wildlife to see. Up close, if you like.

Accommodation

Multi bed cabins.
Twin-share cabins.
And separate, self-contained cabin.

Wombaroo is broken into three separate cabin groupings.

Each grouping has multi-bed student room equipped with heating to make cooler months more comfortable. And separate bathroom facilities. Alongside these sit at least one of five twin-share cabins for leaders/teachers. Each with private ensuite.

And, for smaller groups (of up to 40 people), there’s also a self-contained cabin, away from the main area, equipped with full kitchen and dining facilities.

Catering

Fresh ingredients.
Allergen-friendly.
Culturally diverse.

At Wombaroo we promote healthy eating. So there’s always plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables for students (and leaders/teachers) to snack on. We try to offer a varied menu that hopefully introduces students to some new flavours, whilst also serving up some familiar favourites.

All students participate in prep and cleanup.

Spaces

Bush chapel. Dining hall.
Theatre style auditorium.
Conference rooms. Open air spaces.

Unique to this site, our bush chapel is an open area space for religious and non-religious gatherings alike. It seats 100 people.

Our theatre-style auditorium also seats 100 people. Whilst our dining hall can easily seat 200 people.

And we have several Open Air Spaces - some under cover - suitable for most sizes of gathering.
