General Manager Outdoor Education

WHS and WorkCover Coordinator

The WHS and WorkCover Coordinator is responsible for the organisational delivery of Work Health and Safety across The Outdoor Education Group (OEG), This role is pivotal in developing a “safety culture” within OEG and has organisation responsibility for all proactive and reactive WH&S programs and processes and the management of all injury claims and the compliance associated with this.

Product Design Coordinator
VIC or NSW

The role is best suited for someone with a background in outdoor or experiential education, and experience in schools is highly regarded. The right candidate will have extensive experience exploring Victoria’s unique landscapes and National Parks with the ability to apply knowledge and judgement toward product design. The position offers an opportunity to be creative and use problem solving skills to design engaging outdoor education programs for a diverse audience.

Sales Development Representative- Camps
Burwood East, VIC

You will be responsible for generating and guiding leads through our sales process to set our Camp Managers up for closing success. You will drive outbound lead generation, manage inbound and outbound lead nurture, qualify leads to opportunity stage and work select deals for The Outdoor Education Group’s camps.

Lead and inspire students through some of the most stunning landscapes around our country – you will be away from home for stretches of time. Hike, paddle, climb and in some states, cycle your way through diverse natural environments and create impact in the lives of young Australians.

Working alongside the Outdoor Education Delivery team, you will provide in-field support and mentorship to journey-based trainees, interns, and peers. You will advocate and role model best practice within the field, alongside Outdoor Educators, emphasising high-quality delivery.

Working alongside the Outdoor Education Delivery team members, you will provide coaching and mentorship to fellow Outdoor Educators. You will be responsible for developing and guiding Professional Development Plans for all field employees, emphasising high-quality delivery.
