Assumption College Silver DOE Award
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This is an OEG facilitated Eildon journey for students completing their Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award. With an emphasis on communication, teamwork and self and social management, this program facilitates students’ transition into adulthood and the world beyond school. Students will be required to work together and lead each other in teams to achieve the outcomes of the program.
These outcomes include bushwalking, communal living and cooking together whilst journeying in the Eildon region. Their success will depend on their teamwork and communication skills as they learn more about themselves and each other.
